    Most of my web career has been with two mission-driven organizations rather than across a long list of clients. Nearly twenty years of building, breaking, fixing, and rebuilding the same systems has taught me things a quick project handoff never could. You learn what a content structure looks like three years and four staff turnovers later. You learn which SEO decisions actually hold up.

    Below are a few things built end-to-end, including a recipe archive structured around ACF Pro for flexible, editor-friendly content, and an interactive map built from scratch in Leaflet.js and CSS. More is coming, including work from the Maryland Clean Energy Center Consumer Hub and my time building out Conservation Nation's site.

    Recipes

    A custom post type with six taxonomies, ACF Pro fields, and an AJAX-filtered archive grid.
